Microsoft has seemingly ghosted the Kinect and has no intention of offering Kinect-centric games on the Xbox Series X. Kinect allows users to interact with compatible Xbox 360 games through movement and gesture alone, ostensibly taking physical gaming beyond the foundations set by the Nintendo Wii. You have to dive deep into Microsoft's website to find any information on it, and the Xbox Series X section mentions neither hide nor hair of the device. Microsoft has since clammed up regarding the Kinect. Thanks to the convenience of a hand carved programme that evolves around your personal physical capabilities. The company forced early Xbox One adopters to purchase the Kinect by bundling it in with every Xbox One console, but this tactic didn't last long. When Nike+ gathered some of the most elite athletes in the world and showed them the elements of a video game, Kinect Training was put in motion, and the cogs have been turning ever since. Microsoft quite literally pushed the Kinect as the next big innovation in game controllers. However, for all the Xbox Series X's touted features, one element seems to be missing: the Kinect. Each Series X will also ship with a new controller that includes a dedicated content-sharing button and haptic feedback triggers - but no rechargeable batteries. The console will include " Velocity Architecture" that will power features such as quickly resuming multiple paused games. Those were the only games I have enjoyed on it, and they couldnt be done any other way (well, I guess that KP is EyeToy-level work). Microsoft has made a lot of promises for the Xbox Series X. Kinect, for me, is easily worth owning for two things: Dance Central for me acting like an idiot and having fun, and Kinect Party for my kids when they want to have easy-access stupid fun at like a kids party.
